Our CSGO team is currently 4-1 in ESEA Advanced Season 32.  Torres' debut...

Today we officially part ways with Leonardo "Torres" De Souza from our Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team.

After much success in ESEA Main Season 31 and various online qualifiers/tournaments; Torres had requested to step down from the team. Due to the personal and severity of the issues pertaining family, we respectfully had sent Torres back home on the 17th of June.

"Torres came to the Whalers without skipping a beat. We literally got him on a plane four (4) days after talking and signing contracts early this year (March). I miss him a lot because he's that type of person that leaves a good mark on everyone he comes in contact with. He knows our doors are open to him in the future, but I am a family first man and understand where his head, an...

The Whalers Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CSGO) team wrapped up their first season in the ESEA Main North American League. The final match of the 2018 season took place on November 14, 2018 and the Whalers came away with a win, improving our record to 8-8.

The team started out white-hot, winning our first five matches of the season. In that early stretch, they won each of those matches by an average of four rounds. They also made fairly quick work of their opponents too. It took less than 30 rounds per match to wrap up a victory, 29.2 to be exact. This win streak took our CSGO team to the top of the Central Division standings.

The Whalers then hit a bit of a rough patch, losing the next 8 matches across the month of October. Halloween came and...

I co-founded GG ESPORTS, LLC in Massachusetts with my good friend and fellow visionary Devon. Since meeting each other in our training group as support technicians for Apple over four years ago, we shared a vision to break-out in the esports industry. Not just to be another competitor, but also reimagining and redefining the esports business standard.

Our esports company GG ESPORTS, DBA: New England Whalers, became a brand and then an amateur esports organization. Initially competing in open ranked leagues for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CSGO), Overwatch (OW), and Call of Duty: WWII (CoD). By presenting a unique opportunity to prospective players to compete for our organization, we recruited about 20 players in our first year. That didn’t c...

Our @PUBATTLEGROUNDS #team made it to the Closed Qualifier for the @pglesports #PUBG Spring Invitational run by @GlobalLoot on the weekend of February 17th. Our team placed 10th in the third round of the Closed Qualifier. It was a long - long night. It was exhausting just watching the stream. The guys had a rough start fighting the circle RNG and vehicle spawns but were able to turn it around and get kills for points multipliers - and majority top 10 placements with a few top 5! Extremely proud of the performance, dedication, and focus our guys displayed the past few weekends. Jumping right into the PUBG Pro scene with an some well known established teams and orgs. IEM, GLL, PGL, and the occurring PUBGO Open Series. The future is bright for this...

I'm very happy with the progress and growth of the New England Whalers in 2017. It's only been one year, we've done so much; and we've barely gotten started!

The Whalers first started the year with CS:GO, then expanded mid year to Overwatch, then right before years end Call of Duty. Our front office had also grown from two in the first quarter to six by the last quarter of the year. The Whalers now roster 17+ players in four esports titles and are currently in the progress to add more.

As we launch our "Wave One" merch in Q1 2018, we expand our vision in affordable esports apparel and accessories.

We're thankful to all the supporters, mentors, and advisers we've had thus far. Without you all we would not be at this point today. We look forward to m...
